NGC 7331 Group and Stephan's Quintet
Galaxies in Pegasus. The visual grouping of NGC 7331 and more distant galaxies (sometimes referred to as the Deer Lick Group) is at lower right, while the compact group known as Stephan's Quintet is at upper left. This field is not well seen from my location in the Southern Hemisphere, where it reaches an altitude of only about 19 degrees at culmination. Click on the image for a fullscreen version.
